Matzo Ball Soup

Add in these freshly chopped and minced ingredients: onions, celery, parsley, peppercorns, and parsnips.
Be sure to stir the soup and add ingredients intermittently. Constant stirring after each each ingredient is added to the simmering soup, is an important part of the cooking process.
Cook this mixture, preferably in a stainless steel pot for the next 40-50 minutes.
Add chicken legs, into the soup for a richer and thicker broth.
While cooking the soup, utilize your time wisely.
Start by shaping the matzo mixture into ball like shapes. Add the matzo balls to the pot, cover it and let the soup simmer for ten to twelve minutes.
Once done, remove the chicken legs from the pot, using a ladle.
Sieve the entire soup from the pot into a tureen and pour into porcelain bowls. Separate the soup from the unwanted bones and grit.
To enrich serving of the soup, you can nicely garnish the soup with chopped dill and a bit of pepper on the top.
Matzo Brei
Matzah pieces are the key ingredient in this recipe.
The process begins by breaking each piece of Matzah into two equal pieces. Now, place the Matzah pieces into a bowl that is filled with hot water.
Let the Matzah pieces set in the hot water for 30-40 seconds. Drain water from the bowl and gently remove excess water from the Matzah pieces.
Use a medium bowl to whisk two eggs, until they seem fluffy. Add some salt and pepper into the beating of the eggs for slight seasoning.
Dip Matzah pieces into the fluffy eggs in the bowl. Then take each piece of Matzah and fry it, in a pan, until golden brown.
It is time to heat up olive oil in a pan, at a medium temperature.
For best results, add up to four small pieces of egg-dipped Matzah into a sizzling skillet.
You are now in the process of making some yummy Matzo Brei.
Fry the Matzo Brei wellz until each piece turns golden brown.
Let each piece of Matzo Brei cool to room temperature. Put each piece of Matzo Brei on a large serving plate. Afterwards, each piece of Matzo Brei, or some pieces can be transferred to individual plates to be eaten and greatly enjoyed by each guest, at the table.
Now, serve up the scrumptious Matzo Brei with sweet toppings, including; syrup, jam, or sliced fruit.
Roasted Sweet Potato, with Miso-Tahini Sauce
Rinse and cut two potatoes into quarter length and further cut each of them half crosswise. Now toss potatoes in a rimmed baking sheet with 2 tbsp oil and ½ tsp salt. Roast and toss potatoes until they are cooked well and become crispy. On the other hand, start mixing 2 tbsp Miso, 2 tsp Vinegar, 2 tbsp Tahini with 1 Tbsp water in a small bowl. Trim off 1 scallion and heat this dry skillet over medium flame. Also, toast 1 tsp sesame seeds constantly until they become golden. Now, it’s time to serve potatoes with Tahini sauce on a platter with the sesame seeds and scallions toppings.
Tangy Brisket with Herbs
Begin by preheating the oven at 300o and season all sides of the brisket with kosher salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Keep it uncovered for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 2 days. Add onion, fennel, garlic, a bit of vinegar, and soy sauce to coat. Now put these coated briskets to a simmer for cooking till they become tender and keep roasting until liquid is reduced by 3/4th. At the end of the process let the brisket cool down and then slice with the help of a serrated knife. To make it look graceful and taste healthy add tender herbs and celery leaves in a bowl and squeeze some juice to coat. Thus, it’s time to enjoy this delicacy with spoonfuls of vegetables and braising liquid around meat. For better flavor, add red pepper flakes and sea salt.
Chocolate Macaroon Cake
It’s time for some yummy dessert! So let’s begin by dusting the sides of the pan with cocoa powder but make sure to remove the excess.
